I bought a 1.8 20VT Leon from '05 with 146.000 miles on it. These are cars that can get up to 220.000 miles easily if maintained well. If there is documentation about it's service history and the car has been kept well the first gen is a really good car. In general service history is more important than mileage. Also which engine does it come with?
